Sermon for October 3rd, 2015

Well world,

This is T.  One of the concerns I had when I started this new mode of communication was that I would find times when I had no discretionary time to share my thoughts according to “T”. Time is constant for us all but how we used it makes all the difference in the world. Right now, I should be getting ready to make a trip but here I am typing away.

This is my third sermon post. I promise to you that it will get better as I learn how best to edit my audios to cut out the noise and unnecessary chatter during a full scale church worship service so that I can get specifically to the point as I know all of us are constrained by the same 24 hours per day. We need to make every second count. However, as I tell myself all of the time. We need to stop and smell the roses.

This message is about “Suffering to be made perfect and how Man’s laws can distort God’s laws.”

Enjoy.

Sermon for September 26th, 2015

This is my second published sermon since joining the blogging world. Keep in mind that the enclosed is only a short extract. I am trying to keep under 4 minutes as I do not want to bore my readers or listeners.

On September 26th, the message was on James 5 and Mark 9. The message was about “Whoever turns a wanderer from the path of destruction is for us.”

Enjoy,

T

Sharing the experience

World, this is T. I am so blessed to share my experiences. My career paths have ranged from Engineer, to Preacher, to Teacher. This message is all about teaching which is the first time I have shared this category. How does one become a teacher? I guess there are two paths. One is to go to school and get a teaching degree and spend a career in the teaching field. The second is to go to school as an Engineer and spend 35 years in the field then retire and use one’s experiences to give back to the local community. The later is me, T. I have taught now 3 full semesters and working on my 4th in a local technical college. Just last week, I took 29 students to experience real life exercises with a partnering company. For 3 hours we performed exercises and shared the experience. What better way to give back than with a group of young adults who are eager to learn! Today, I will take another group of students to share the experience again.

Looking forward to continued experience sharing my world as a retired Engineer and now Teacher.

Life is good.
